The tax preparer is extremely slow and didn't seem to have any idea how to do her job, as she was on the phone the whole 2 hrs I was there.
the employee was so sweet & not only professionally helpful but she talked with me like a friend & gave me some greatly needed encourage meant. I'll continue to use this company for my taxes every year.!
