Good food and service, a bit higher on their prices.
It's a great place to meet family and friends. The prices are good and the food is great.
Employees are good and efficient. My only complaint is that most of them put way too much chocolate in a frozen yogurt twist. Often one or the other of the two flavors isn't available because the machine isn't working correctly.
I typically love Braum's but this experience was the most illogical I have ever experienced. Asked for BBQ bacon burger that originally came with pepper jack cheese and asked to substitute it for american/cheddar or whatever else they had that did not have jalapeño. Was told by the assistant manager they didn't have a button on the computer for it so they couldn't do it....uhhh...I then asked if she could just tell the cook to make the adjustment and was told they couldn't do it because they just can't there isn't a button for it.... Really?!? Walked out and am now eating somewhere else... Just couldn't believe it... Cant stop shaking my head over it... Flabbergasted completely....
Great burgers and a very friendly staff. Fast service! Neat and clean.
